Academic transcripts shall not be sent to any individual but only to institutions of higher learning and corporate organizations or scholarship boards on request. The request shall normally be made in writing by the graduate to the Registrar’s Office on payment of prescribed amount of ₦5,000 only per copy to the College Bursary. The payment receipt shall be attached to the letter of request. In the letter of request, the applicant shall quote his/her matriculation number while in the college, the full name, official and E-mail address of the employer, Institution or Scholarship Board to which the transcript will be sent shall also be stated clearly. Requests for confirmation of Result shall follow the same procedure as above, upon the payment of prescribed fee of ₦5,000.
