A Candidate who has satisfactorily completed all requirements for the National/Higher National Diploma Certificates shall be classified as indicated below:
Class of Diploma Grade Point Average
Distinction 3.5 – 4.0
Upper Credit 3.0 – 3.49
Lower Credit 2.5 – 2.99
Upper Credit 3.0 – 3.49
Fail Below 2.0
