- Jamb Admission letter
- Jamb Result
- Change of Institution-if applicable
- O’ Level Result
- Medical Form
- Student data form
- Computer data form
- 3 Reference Letter
- 3 Passport Photograph
- Oath of allegiance (To be gotten from the college)
- Course Reg.

The portal will be opened for 6 weeks after resumption for registration after which it will be closed.
Reopening the portal for late registration will attract a fee of N5000.
